To create cool, comfortable and well blended space with extremes of gabled roof architecture from outside and ‘modernist’ from inside which my clients brief (very well known Dr. Couple of our city). Keeping in mind, a strong design language has been developed through juxtaposed planes and effective use of materials, textures and colors. The color palette used in the home is subdued, a lot of whites, the warmth of dark rose wood and ‘blues’ and ‘oranges’ to break the monotony. Lighting was kept muted but effective, to create an ambience and calmness throughout with the sensible use of LED lights. It is an effort to balance form, function and color… for the house with a SOUL
